Do you manufacture battery cells or only battery packs?

We manufacture lithium pouch cells and also design and assemble battery packs and systems. This allows us to control cell structure, consistency, and performance, rather than relying solely on third-party cells.

What is a semisolid-state electrolyte?

A semisolid-state electrolyte is a hybrid electrolyte system that combines the stability advantages of solid materials with the ionic conductivity of liquid electrolytes. Compared with conventional liquid electrolytes, it offers improved thermal stability, reduced leakage risk, and more consistent cycle performance, especially under demanding operating conditions.

What is Z-stacking cell technology?

Z-stacking is a pouch cell assembly method where electrode layers are stacked vertically rather than wound. This structure improves:

Space utilization

Internal resistance uniformity

Mechanical and pressure consistency

As a result, Z-stacking helps achieve higher energy density and more stable long-term performance, particularly for high-discharge and long-life applications.

Are semisolid electrolyte and Z-stacking used in all pouch cells?

No. These technologies are applied selectively, depending on application requirements, cost targets, and certification needs. We choose the most appropriate cell structure and electrolyte system for each project, rather than applying a single solution to all products.
